Discipline mentor · Proof, not theory
Money. Gym. Sex.

The MGS formula
What if everything you want could be built on just three priorities?
People chase goals without structure, freedom without discipline, and pleasure without earning it. The MGS Formula is simple. The results are not.
Money.
A mustCreating, controlling, and multiplying your resources.
Multiple income streams. Assets, not gadgets. Train your mind to be broke so you keep what you earn. A $15 lunch is $5,475 a year.
Gym.
A mustDaily movement and disciplined nutrition that builds strength, energy, and resilience.
Seven days a week, for decades. Not a diet. Not a 30-day challenge. The activity can change. The habit does not.
Sex.
The rewardAn earned reward. Intimacy, adventure, and indulgence follow disciplined performance.
Relationships, travel, celebration, and connection. You do not postpone the reward forever. You earn it, then you live it.
Yes. We said sex.
The word makes people nervous. The idea is the point.
Sex stands for the whole reward side of life: intimacy, relationships, adventure, enjoyment, and the things you actually work for. Most people either chase it without earning it, or grind so hard they never let themselves have it. Both are drift.
Money and Gym are musts. They get discipline, consistency, and attention every single day. Sex is the reward. It comes after you have handled your responsibilities. But make no mistake: none of the three is optional. The order matters, and all three matter.
Control is earned. Master your priorities, and everything else aligns.

What the mentoring fixes
The problem was never motivation. It was priorities in the wrong order.
01
Severe procrastination
You know exactly what to do. You keep not doing it. That is not a motivation problem. It is a structure problem.
02
Poor time management
Days disappear into scrolling, meetings, and reacting. You end the week busy and behind.
03
Ineffective goal management
Goals without a written plan, a deadline, and a number attached are wishes. We turn them into schedules.
04
Lack of focus
Your attention is the most valuable asset you own, and everything on your phone is designed to steal it.
05
No sense of urgency
Most people act like the clock is not running. It is. Urgency, not impatience, is what gets things moving.
06
Unmotivated
Motivation is a feeling. Discipline is a system. You will learn to execute whether you feel like it or not.
Harris also mentors on EQ (communication, relationship management, interpersonal skills) and leadership. He pioneered the Discipline Mentoring Program and the Professional/Personal Growth Program (P²GP).
